I have all the Dating Apps, everything from the one with the fire logo to the food title, to the little bee. I went into this whole Dating App adventure intentionally with fully flushed-out bios. I uploaded multiple photos, some stylized, some candid, headshots from my University graduation, to more recent ones from a pool of LinkedIn profile rejects. Each bio on each platform was a variation on the theme but mainly projected the same message.
In standard humble bragging fashion, I admit I do pretty well in engagement. First of all, I’m a woman so that already raises traffic, second I’m Asian which according to OkCupid and Hinge I should do well, and finally, I have a good career and a well-rounded circle of friends. So on paper, I look pretty good on the stats. Also, I have a pretty sweet meme game.
